Hi! It's Tuesdays-Health, Wellness & Treats. Perham Fitness CrossFit Teho is where it is happening for me. I am STRONGER than I have been in years, in 1 year I'm going to climb the rope, I promise!

Today I want to tell you about one of my CLUBS.

CLUB 33. CLUB 33 is where I will place MY ESTATE. I will be posting MY FRIENDS randomly throughout my Digital Home I am building.

Don't worry. I'm keeping track of all these RARE people & CLUBS. I can't wait to share THE MAP!

Please let me tell you about my first person in MY ESTATE in CLUB 33, Pete North, Owner of my NEW YORK gym! It is my one outings I get to do now that covid is lifting!

I miss my Son so much my hair on my arms hurt. When I need to be close to Adam, I can walk with Pete & it is as if I am walking with my Adam again. He is someone who helped my son when he needed Health & Wellness....the treat was he became our forever part of our estate.

God Bless the people who help the ones who are broken. If you have bodies that need fixing, find a Pete, Becky or Kalub in your communities. The Doctors fix sickness. The Wellness Coaches are there for helping you get well.
