The Lakes! We have them. I don’t go in them, or on them. However I eat from them. I love fish. I go to our famous locker plant to get my fish. Today I had their white fish. Not sure what kind of fish it is. I just call it a white fish.

Dash of Dill, Salt and Pepper, Butter, Garlic, Lemon, White Fish.

Turn oven to 425 degrees.

Melt four tablespoons of butter, four cloves of chopped garlic, and a zested lemon squeezed in sauce pan for one minute.

Line sliced lemons in baking pan. Pat dry fish. Salt, pepper and dill both sides of fish. Lay on top of lemons. Pour melted mixture on top of fish. Place sliced lemons on top of fish.

Bake for ten minutes or until fish is firm to the touch.

I served with stove top stuffing and saute’ broccoli slaw with dill and butter in olive oil.

I like to think of Minnesota as the land of 10,000 Artists. Cooking simply with fish of any kind is an art. Thank you for following me in the Kitchen! How do you fix your fish?

Like, share and see you in the Kitchen!

Sincerely,

Colleen
